So glad you can join me in looking at Elizabeth's early life. This page will take you from the time she was born in Fairfax, Virginia--and on the next page-- to the years spent in Canton Missouri. Canton is a small farming and college town located on the west bank of the Mississippi River just across from Quincy, Illinois.
My husband left his position as Director of Student Activities at The American University in Washington, D.C. to become Dean Of Students at Culver Stockton College in Canton. This is where we would spend the next four years.

Just to give you a little time line, Joe was also born in Fairfax, Virginia on July 27, 1972, and Jenny was born in Fairfax on May 11, l976.
